WITH A TEAR IN HIS BEER, DESPERATE FOR ENTRIES, THE CELEBRATION PREPARES THE LICKERS FOR SHOW HIO PUTTING THE MANDATORY “MINIMUM PENALTIES” IN ITS RULEBOOK

SHELBYVILLE, TN – Just when you thought it couldn’t get any stranger, the day BEFORE the entry deadline, the Celebration in a “stranger than fiction” move now says that any entry to the Celebration will be able to withdraw before the show and receive a full refund if they don’t like the Celebration accepting or rejecting the federal regulations known as the Mandatory “Minimum Penalties”.

The Celebration is apparently reeling from the adverse decision in Texas lawsuit. They appear to be trying to decide what to do in light of the Federal Judge’s decision “slam dunking” the Lickers lawsuit vs the USDA in the ruling handed down last Monday.

is not happy about the Federal Court apparently not working on “Celebration Time” in making its ruling.

Sorry Mike, the U. S. Federal Court system does what it does when it does it.

Did you guys never wrap your mind around the fact you actually could “lose” or did you just think it was going to be a Licker “slam dunk”?

So much of this reminds of the civil rights struggle in the last century when institutionalized resistance to progressive change was so injurious.

You would things would be further along in 2013.

Billy Go Boy has predicted after entries close tomorrow, Tuesday, August 6, 2013, the Celebration will put the Mandatory “Minimum Penalties” in its rulebook.

Billy Go Boy calls upon the Celebration to do just that.

Billy’s prediction is based on if they have a lick of sense.

So far, in so many ways, they haven’t shown that they have a Lick of sense.

We’re fixn to know the outcome soon.

Stay tuned.
