THINGS ARE HOT AND HEAVY IN MARYVILLE – BLOUNT COUNTY GENERAL SESSIONS JUDGE ENTERS WHAT APPEARS TO BE A DEFECTIVE ORDER

MARYVILLE, TN – Blount County General Sessions Judge Robert Headrick signed an Order today ordering that the 19 horses seized by the State of Tennessee on April 25, 2013, and in the custody of the HSUS, be returned immediately to Larry Wheelon Stables at 2743 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, TN 37803.

The Order appears to be defective because Larry Joe Wheelon was apparently evicted from the premises at 2743 Tuckaleechee Pike, and consequently, there is no more Larry Wheelon Stables at that address.

Additionally, there is the matter of the Blount County District Attorney General Mike Flynn now taking the case before the Blount County Grand Jury for disposition. The next Blount County Grand Jury is September 9, 2013.
