DING DING DING – DID PROMINENT “INDUSTRY” LEADER PSHA CHAIR TERRY DOTSON’S HORSES PICK UP TWO VIOLATIONS LAST NIGHT

Also, did a heated discussion take place with inspectors?
Does Terry Dotson love Tennessee Walking Horses enough to accept the change that is coming?

Also, in a separate matter, there was apparently smoke coming from the inspection area last night surrounding a former Walking Horse Trainer Of the Year winner.

More details forthcoming.

    • Simple way to solve what you call a RUMOR – just ask Terry Dotson.

    • Horse is out. he has a chance to appeal. He is suspended for duration of the violation and the effective date of the suspension is tricky dicky!

      • just remember, the goal is to keep the sore house out of the ring to discourage cheating thus the need for it. The penalties with catch up with everyone and make sure it taste bad. Nothing like having something “good” swirling around you knowing it’s coming and after the appeal, everyone involved gets the additional prize!

    • What if you have two different horses get violations? My info the deal is each horse is out for the duration of the show – not the owner. Now the Mandated Penalties will go against the owner, but only after an appeal and hearing process.

      • Both horses are out for the show and all the interested parties in bringing this sore horse up get the “what fer” when the suspensions begin. They run concurrently so a two footer could easily put a trainer out of business. The sleezy owner who “knew nothing” will be allowed to slide but all the cohorts in crime get to do the time!

  1. Why am I not surprised? Because it’s the Sorabration- the showcase fro the Sore Lick.
