WASHINGTON, DC – The Cavalry Group presented “Mr. Heisman”, a Big Lick horse as “USDA APPROVED” in a post it was distributing on Capitol Hill trying to persuade Congressman and Senators to vote against HR 1518/S 1406, Prevent All Soring Tactics Act.
The Poster also said, “Don’t Criminalize The Tennessee Walking Horse”.
Strangely enough, the Cavalry Group didn’t do its homework and went off half cocked.
Looks like the folks in this picture are anything but “USDA APPROVED” and violating the Horse Protection Act is a crime.

And yes, that fellow joining the celebration and peeking up from the back row does appear to be Celebration CEO “Chef” Mike Inman.
HPA VIOLATION HISTORIES OF “MR. HEISMAN”, TRAINER BRANDYE MILLS, OWNER RANDALL BASKIN AND CELEBRATION CEO “CHEF” MIKE INMAN
As said yesterday, there is lot more news to come on this. Nephew Eugene’s friend from Theta Randolph who went to Vanderbilt University Law School has a friend named Alexander who works on K. Street who has heard some things that you will find highly interesting.
Alexander said that Four more Congressman Co-Sponsored HR 1518 today.
Two Republicans and Two Democrats.
Ohio, Iowa, Texas and California
New Cosponsor: Rep. Steve Chabot [R-OH1]
New Cosponsor: Rep. Tom Latham [R-IA3]
New Cosponsor: Rep. Beto O’Rourke [D-TX16]
New Cosponsor: Rep. Eric Swalwell [D-CA15]
The support is bi-partisan and coming from all over America.
The total of Co-Sponsors is now 151.
It takes 218 votes to get HR 1518 to the House Floor for a vote.
More to come.
