LEWISBURG, TN – TWHBEA President Loyd “Buster” Black continues to suppress dues paying members of TWHBEA by not providing Pat Stout with the names and contact information of TWHBEA members who joined the Association after September 10, 2013 when Stout obtained the membership. Stout wanted the names of these dues paying members of the Association so they could vote on the HR 1518/S.1406 question.
Apparently, TWHBEA President Loyd “Buster” Black
is working as Celebration Chairman David L. Howard’s
straw boss, and doing his bidding by trying to keep TWHBEA members from voting on the HR 1518 issue. Howard fears TWHBEA members endorsing HR 1518 to remove the pads and chains to stop the soring, making horse soring a felony (like it already is in Tennessee) and have veterinarians inspect horses would upset his business model.
So now a blog website – For The Tennessee Walking Horse – has taken Stout’s Ballot and is encouraging eligible persons who have become members of TWHBEA since September 10, 2013 to fill out the ballot, and provide their membership numbers and their own postage and mail it to Greg Cook, CPA in hopes that their voices will be heard – if not in the official poll results – at least be recognized as to how they feel on this important issue.
Some speculate that President Loyd “Buster” Black is doing the bidding of Herr David L. Howard because the Poll results will clearly indicate how the TWHBEA members feel on this important subject and derail the Big Lick effort through Congressperson Marsha Blackburn
