THETA, TN – Gladly for the Tennessee Walking Horse, Sadly for the “Big Lickers”, where the passage of HR 1518/S. 1406 is concerned:
“The Train Has Done Left The Station”
The landslide Poll Results, 63% of TWHBEA members favoring Passage of HR 1518, are the death knell of the “Big Lick”. The Lickers are buried under the landslide and despite their struggling, they cannot get out from under them.
The latest effort is in the Walking Horse Report today.
The article attempts to unsuccessfully analogize the recent Directors elections which are decided on many varying issues as being comparable to a direct, YES or NO vote on the single question of how the TWHBEA members stand on the passage of HR 1518/S.1406.
One is an apple, the other is an orange.
You can slice it, dice it and chop it – and the result is still 63% YES and 37% NO.
Game, set and match.
The 63% to 37% landslide victory is in stone. And try as the “Big Lickers” may, the Poll results have already resounded throughout the land, and around the world, and presently in the Halls of Congress in Washington, DC.
It’s just all too simple. The TWHBEA mailing list of 6,945 eligible members was used by a 3rd party independent company to mail postcards to each of the 6,945 TWHBEA members eligible to vote. Proof of the mailing to the members has been provided The members names were on the postcards beside which 63% of the 1,795 (26% of the TWHBEA membership) voted YES For Passage of HR 1518 – PAST Act.
Greg Cook, CPA, counted the votes and certified the results.
If anyone really cares to challenge the Poll Results, then they may please deposit $50,000.00 in escrow with Greg Cook, CPA. They can be present, and Mr. Cook and his staff can again count the postcards in front of them, and they can have the membership list in front of them and they can check the name off on each vote that is counted, and when the tallying is completed, and Mr. Cook tells you that the Results are the same, then Mr. Cook will tender the $50,000.00, and it will go to a good cause in the name of the “Big Lick Poll Supporters of the HR 1518 Poll”.
