SHELBYVILLE, TN – In a desperate attempt to shake the verdict of the members of the Tennessee Walking Horse Breed Registry voting landslide 63% to 37% in favor of HR 1518 removing the pads and chains, The Walking Horse Report prepared an article on behalf of TWHBEA once again unsuccessfully trying to discredit the HR 1518 Poll results.

The bottom line is the “Big Lick” sore horse crowd has NO answer to the will of the members of TWHBEA expressed by a 26% turnout of 6,945 ballots mailed to the breed registry members

The Lickers have been consternated since September 20, 2013 when they first learned that the Ballots were in the hands of the TWHBEA members and they could do nothing to control the outcome.

And on November 12, 2013, on the eve of the Congressional Hearings on HR 1518 they still have NO control.
