SHELBYVILLE, TN – This is the Week of the “PANAMA CITY WALKING HORSE TRAINER BOYZ EXTRAVAGANZA FAMILY VACATION” Horse Show:
The Walking Horse Trainer BOYZ would spit out the bit if they could – but they can’t.
They would call off the WHOLE sore Big Lick Show Season right now. but they have been warned by the Celebration Chairman David L. Howard/PSHA Crowd, if you do that, we’ll pull the plug on the Blackburn/Alexander Bills.
So, what do the Trainer BOYZ do?
Usually the Master Manipulators, the Trainer BOYZ find themselves as the “Manipulatees”, who are squarely between the proverbial rock and the hard place.
Here’s how things got there.
In 2014, the USDA up and decided to end the “Partnership Patticake” that David L. Howard’s S. H. O. W. HIO was propagandizing.
The people’s servant, the USDA, with a little friendly encouragement from the Radar and the Theta contingent, started enforcing the Horse Protection Act with gusto to eliminate soring – not just regulate it.
This mightily confused the Trainer BOYZ and threw their world into disarray because all the Trainer BOYZ have ever wanted to know is just one thing.
“What Is The Speed Limit?”
“How Sore Can A Horse Be And Still Be ‘Compliant'”?
“Compliant” is “Be Able To Do The Big Lick And Still Pass Inspection”.
And the definition of a “Compliant” Horse is a sore Horse that can pass inspection.
So here we are on the Eve of the “WALKING HORSE TRAINERS BOYZ EXTRAVAGANZA” a/k/a “WALKING HORSE TRAINERS BOYZ FAMILY VACATION ON THE PANAMA CITY BEACH” set to start this Thursday, April 24 – and go through Saturday, April 26.
And things are in a grand and glorious uproar.
To haul or not to haul, that is the question.
The Trainer BOYZ world changed at the National Trainers Show when on March 14, 2014, the USDA showed up with the “Science Based Objective Inspections” that the Trainer BOYZ and Representative Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) said they so badly wanted.
Of course anyone who knows anything about Trainer World, is they do NOT want “Science Based Objective Zero Tolerance Inspections”. That would not allow them to do what they do, all in the name of pageantry and spectacle, of course, that WHR Editor Jeffrey Howard likes to “yimmer yammer” about so much.
DR.TRACY TURNER-THE FACE OF “SCIENCE BASED OBJECTIVE INSPECTIONS:
What they do want is to know – What is the Speed Limit?
Here are the 2014 EVENTS so far:
February 28, 2014 “CELEBRATION’S SPRING FLING” – USDA PRESENT
USDA shows up and Colt Preview participants load up and haul off. Here is one young 21 month old colt sticking and reaching, just a smokin’.
MARCH14/16, 2014 “46th ANNUAL NATIONAL TRAINERS SHOW” USDA PRESENT
The USDA shows up and enforces Horse Protection Act to eliminate soring.
Only 255 Horses show vs 520 Horses in 2013.
Only 31 Big Lick Horses show on Saturday Stake Night.
“I Am Jose” exhibited “Bad Image”.
MARCH 27 – 29, 2014 “JACKSON MISSISSIPPI HORSE SHOW” – USDA PRESENT
USDA shows up and Trainer BOYZ run for the hills. The Mississippi public wanted nothing whatsoever to do with the sore Big Lick Tennessee Walking horse. Here is a photo from the Saturday night crowd photo. One to two horses in a class was the norm. More Judges than Horses.
The USDA VMO inspections were thorough, fair, professional, objective and science based. It becomes more and more obvious with each horse show that the sore Big Lick Trainer BOYZ cannot stand the scrutiny of trained veterinarians who view their jobs as enforcing the Horse Protection Act to eliminate soring ““ rather than just “regulate” it.
APRIL 5, 2014 MOREHEAD STATE UNIVERSITY (KENTUCKY) USDA PRESENT
There were 47 classes and 31 horses showed at the Morehead State University Spring Open Horse Show. “What do they need the pads and chains for?“
When Lexington Leader-Herald reporter Janet Patton called for Senator Mitch McConnell and Senator Rand Paul to ask them: Neither McConnell nor Paul would comment on why their bill would allow performance gait trainers to continue to use pads and chains on horses, which the American Horse Council said is “an integral part of soring.”
The American people need to strongly support the United States Department of Agriculture in its enforcement of the Horse Protection Act to eliminate horse soring “¦ not just regulate it.
APRIL 19, 2014 “CELEBRATION’S KICK OFF CLASSIC” – USDA PRESENT
-24 Non-Big Lick
61 Big Lick – Avg. 2 a class
In days past, Celebration Chairman David L. Howard and sore Big Lick TWHBEA President Steve Smith would get on the telephone and get “bought and paid for” politicians like Representative Hal Rogers (R-KY) and Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) to call and threaten the U. S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and his agency’s funding over its enforcement of the Horse Protection Act.
This time, the People of the United States are NOT going to let that dark room evil tactic of Celebration Chairman David L. Howard and sore Big Lick Steve Smith work.
We are going to have the back of the USDA as along as it protects “The Horses”.
The Theta Covenant: We will take on and take down any one any time any place who dares to attempt to interfere with The United States Department of Agriculture protecting “The Horses”.
PLEASE EMAIL THESE OFFICIALS AND THANK THEM AND URGE THEM TO PLEASE GO FOWARD WITH THIS MISSION TO PROTECT THE HORSES.
Note: Nephew Eugene noticed that the Columbia Spring Jubilee, May 30,31 voted to donate the proceeds from its 2014 Show to the Performance Show Horse Association (PSHA) which is paying $17,000,00 a month to sustain the sore Big Lick.
The Chattanooga Times Free Press called on Tennesseans to BOYCOTT Tennessee Walking Horse Shows until the Horses are “Protected”.
That is an idea that, in all likelihood, will come of age at the 63rd Annual Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show.
