Lots of videoing going on in the Inspection Area.

Some sore Big Lickers acting like spoiled children.

RISING STAR RANCH

Going into the 2013 Celebration, according to the Humane Society of the United States, Bobby Hugh was one  “of …nine … ranked in the Riders Cup awards, including Charlie Green, Jimmy McConnell, Casey Wright, Herbert Derickson, Scott Beatty, Bobby Hugh, Dick Peebles, Larry Edwards and Bill Cantrell  who are present showing Horses in Panama City this weekend.

WHATTAJAYROE  – Reporting on April 24, 2014:

“I was told the USDA requested additional security guards for the show in Florida this weekend. Does this mean they are expecting trouble or trying to give the illusion of pending trouble? It could be just another one of their visions like a scar is going to be there or you will have a scar when you come out. It has become so unbelievable when it comes to USDA inspections that they can’t even tell  people what the scar rule is or describe what is considered a scar but they can tell you where it will be even though there isn’t one there right then.
Does what I just said make any sense to anyone? One DQP told me he would inspect the horses exactly like they were taught to do by the USDA when SHOW started. Since the law has not changed he would not change the inspection process in any way because they would not be HPA violations and would never stand up to an appeal. This is the same as all the majority of the USDA violations handed out since 2009.

What the USDA is now doing in the inspection area is nothing more than damaging the reputation of the trainer owner and custodian as well as lowering the value of the horse and causing a financial loss for the charity holding the event.    From here on out the Tennessee Walking Horse Industry will be about an  abusive Department of the Government not an abused horse.”

NOTE:   The sore Big Lick Celebration S.H.O.W. HIO and the Customer Addicts and the “Racket Clowns” like WHATTAJAYROE seem to forget that the pristine S. H. O. W. HIO is presently being DECERTIFIED by the USDA for serially violating the Horse Protection Act,   and it may be violating a Federal Court Order regarding complying with the Federal Regulation imposing Mandatory Minimum Penalties which was upheld by U.S. District Court Judge Terry Means.

If somebody bumps into  WHATTAJAYROE,  please give him a copy of this.

Truly, lots of parallels to the Civil Rights Era.

That was resolved by fining the people in charge of things $10,000,00 a day when they tried to obstruct justice.

This may also happen where the Tennessee Walking Horse situation is concerned.

It seems like the sore Big Lick crowd thinks that  soring Horses is a Constitutional Right.

And we still have Saturday Night to go.

The Lickers are getting beady eyed.
