 Collins  becomes the  288th  Representatives of  435  Congressmen to co-sponsor the measure which equals  66%  of the United States House of Representatives.The  PAST ACT  has strong  bipartisan  support.  It is endorsed by the  American Horse Council  and the  American Veterinary Medical Association.Momentum is building for a vote on the House Floor.The  PAST ACT  will remove the pads and chains, eliminate the corrupt HIOs and make horse soring a federal felony.

Nephew Eugene says those TWHBEA members were right on the money when they voted 63% landslide for passage of the PAST ACT.  Right now the U. S. House is heading toward 67%+.
