PUTNAM COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE AMY HOLLARS WILL RULE ON PAT STOUT’S MOTION FOR TEMPORARY INJUNCTION AGAINST TWHBEA IN TW0 WEEKS – SR. VP WALT CHISM AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TRACY BOYD SHOW UP IN COURT – IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT TWHBEA’S INSURANCE CARRIER IS FOOTING THE LEGAL BILL IN THE CASE

COOKEVILLE, TN – Putnam County Circuit Judge Amy Hollars took Pat Stout’s Motion For Temporary Injunction under advisement after hearing arguments by Stout’s attorney Henry D. Fincher, Esq.,  and Jacob Mathis, Esq. representing the breed registry in  Pat Stout’s $1 Million damages suit against TWHBEA for alleged wrongdoing.  The Judge said the parties could expect a ruling by the Court on the Motion in approximately two weeks.

Henry Fincher argued that TWHBEA  attempted to punish Pat Stout when she was never charged with any wrongdoing under TWHBEA’s Corporate Rules and By-Laws.

Pat Stout’s attorney during the Poll matter,  Clant M. Seay,  invoked Attorney-Client privilege,  and he requested TWHBEA to provide the legal basis by which it was conducting an investigation regarding Pat Stout when Stout had never been charged with any wrong doing which is required by TWHBEA’s By-Laws and Corporate Rules.  Stout, had been exonerated by Greg Cook, CPA regarding any question how Stout’s actions may have affected the tax exempt status of TWHBEA.  Cook said nothing Stout did had any adverse effect on TWHBEA’s tax exempt status.

The Steve Smith/Walt Chism sore Big Lick crowd took office on December 7, 2013.  At the direction of Senator Lamar Alexander’s Campaign Finance Chairman Steve Smith,  an ad hoc subcommittee was hastily assembled before the new Enforcement Committee was seated.   Smith instructed them make a recommendation on Pat Stout, and do it “as quickly as possible”.

The Steve Smith – Ad Hoc Committee – chaired by Tom “I”M A PROUD HPA VIOLATOR” Kakassy reported back in early January 2014, and Smith’s HPA violation history laden Executive Committee voted to suspend Pat Stout from her membership privileges. The subject of Stout’s lawsuit is that in the process of wrongfully doing so, TWHBEA maliciously impugned her integrity and allegedly defamed her character and maliciously libeled her.

U.S. Senator Campaign Finance Chairman Steve Smith’s latest report to TWHBEA members.  It’s especially interesting to read Smith’s self laudatory comments about his “problem solving”.

Stout then filed her suit on May 20, 2014,  against TWHBEA, and John Does I – X.

It appears that there is not any back up in Pat Stout.

It also appears that the principle of “When You Find Yourself In A Hole, It’s A Good Idea To Stop Digging” might apply to the two grumpy old men of TWHBEA,  President Steve Smith and Sr. VP Walt Chism.

Nephew Eugene always likes to ask Randolph from Theta,  who went to Vanderbilt University Law School,  what he thinks about “legal things”.

Randolph thinks that Steve Smith and Walt Chism thought,  because they could, that they would  “bully” Pat Stout and try to knock her around.

He thinks, like most bullies,  Smith and Chism didn’t think Pat Stout would fight them.

They were wrong.

Randolph doesn’t think Circuit  Judge Amy Hollars is going to let them get away with it, either.

Stay tuned.

And if you weren’t able to attend the historic “WALK ON WASHINGTON”,  please enjoy the following.  Representative Jan Schakowsky is another woman who doesn’t have any back up in her.
