BIG RIG PULLS IN WITH “BIG LICK” HORSES ON BOARD
ALL AMERICAN RALLY PROTESTORS PICKETING THE SHOW ENTRANCE
THE STANDS DON’T GET ANY EMPTIER THAN YOU SEE RIGHT HERE
HORSE SHOW MANAGER MR. TODD FISHER INTERFERES WITH PROTESTORS
The ladies rallying to protest the “Big Lick” assembled in the designated area.which was a grassy place where the Horse Trainers trucks entered on the way to the show ring. They were perfectly correct and knew the law and that they had the right to stand along the road bordering the area where traffic was passing. The ladies were accompanied by an off duty Maury County Deputy Sheriff retained by the All American Walking Horse Alliance.
Without any authority, Gulf County Horse Show Manager Mr. Todd Fisher approached the women and the Maury County Deputy, and tried to tell them what they could do and where they could stand. Mr. Fisher was apparently totally oblivious to the fact that prior arrangements were made with Maury Park Director Mr. Al Ray,.
Below is Mr.Todd Fisher being questioned by AAWHA Media Representative. Prior to this video being made, Mr. Fisher identified himself as the person who attempted to physically assault Clant M. Seay on March 28, 2015 at the Mississippi Charity Horse Show. During his comments, Mr. Fisher used the racial slur “Boy” in referring to off duty Jackson Police Department Lt. Fred Nelson who provided security for Mr. Seay. Mr. Fisher twice put his hands on the Jackson PD Officer while attempting to accost Mr. Seay.

Mr. Todd Fisher is a former Partner of the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration in putting on the Gulf Coast Charity Horse Show when it was on the the “actual” Gulf Coast, rather than 400 miles inland.
“The Walking Horse Report recently sat down with Celebration CEO Dr. Doyle Meadows and Gulf Coast Charity Celebration Inc. board member Todd Fisher to discuss details surrounding their partnership for the 14th Annual Gulf Coast Charity Celebration. The 2012 Gulf Coast Charity Celebration will be held April 26-28, 2012 at Frank Brown Park in Panama City Beach, Florida.”
