USDA Vet Inspectors reported – 19% – “Big Lick” Animal Cruelty at the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration. It was once again an indictment supporting U. S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack’s proposed Federal Regulation to remove the “Pads and Chains”, consequently abolishing “Big Lick” Animal Cruelty. #LetsBackVilsack

USDA HORSE PROTECTION ACTIVITY REPORT
The USDA found 161 horses “noncompliant” while the Celebration “Good Old Boys” Inspectors found 29 horses “noncompliant”.
The USDA Vet inspectors found 104 of 549 horses to be “noncompliant”, and advised Show Management of same and left Show Management to make the decision as to whether or not to disqualify from competing.
Please see Report “Notes” explaining why there were more “noncompliances” than horse actually left to Show Management to decide whether or not to disqualify. Additionally, the “Notes” reflect the May 25, 2016, Preliminary Injunction entered by the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Nephew Eugene says the USDA once again conclusively proved that the “Big Lick” is Animal Cruelty, and that a $250.00 video camera + a $5 general admission ticket combined with the efforts of a brave CCABLAC (Citizens Campaign Against “Big Lick” Animal Cruelty) animal welfare advocate let World have a front row seat to see what goes inside the big oval at the Celebration.
And that is exactly what www.billygoboy.com promised on August 15, 2016, in front of the Rust Communications Shelbyville Times-Gazette newspaper –
“We plan to cover the Celebration, both from inside and outside the facility, and report to you on what happens”
