NEWSFLASH!!! – Carnac The Magnificent Looking Good – Federal Regulation To Abolish “Pads And Chains” Heading To OMB To Be Published In Federal Register

Theta, TN  – Nephew Eugene‘s visit with Carnac The Magnificent on the front porch of the Hilltop Market is proving to be prescient.

Today, the USDA sent the Federal Regulation to remove the “Pads and Chains” to the OMB (Office of Management and Budget) for final approval and publication in the Federal Register.

When Secretary Vilsack;s Federal Regulation is published, the “Pads and Chains” on “Big Lick” Tennessee Walking Horses will become illegal.

And the next move will be by the supporters of “Big Lick” Animal Cruelty who may sue the USDA to challenge the Federal Regulation.
