U. S. District Court Orders Maury County Sheriff Bucky Rowland To Not Interfere With First Amendment Rights Of BillyGoBoy.Com Publisher At 2017 Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show

NASHVILLE, TN – The following Agreed Joint Stipulation And Order, after being signed by all parties,  was approved by U. S. Magistrate Judge Alistair Newbern, and entered by the Clerk of Court for the Middle District of Tennessee in Seay v. Rowland, et al, case #1:16-cv-00068, at 4:24 P.M., on Tuesday, May 30, 2017.

The parties,   Clant M. Seay and Maury County Sheriff Bucky Rowland,  met at the U. S.  Courthouse in Nashville, TN to confer in the presence of a U.S. Magistrate Judge  regarding the  Plaintiff’s Motion For Preliminary Injunction filed on May 17, 2017, and Plaintiff’s subsequent Motion For Emergency Relief.
