BillyGoBoy.Com Publisher Files Motion For Emergency Relief In U.S. District Court (Nashville) – In “Seay v. Sheriff Bucky Rowland” First Amendment Lawsuit

NASHVILLE, TN – On Thursday, May 25, 2017,   the publisher of the BillyGoBoy.com website publication took emergency legal action to protect the constitutional rights of Americans taking photos/videos at the Maury County Park on June 1 – 3, 2017.

The opening scene from this viral video,  now VIEWED over 13 MILLION TIMES  (13,103,906) since being released on March 7, 2017,    was taken at the 2016 Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show on June 2, 2016 by a BIllyGoBoy.Com news reporter.

 

The video has been shared on Facebook 67,256 times, and has 6,800+ comments.

On May 25, 2017,  the publisher of BillyGoBoy.com website publication filed the following Emergency Motion in U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee asking the Court issue an Order to protect the rights of the press, and CCABLAC animal welfare advocates from being threatened at the 2017 Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show, like they were at the 2016 show at the Maury County Park in Columbia, TN.

The following Motion For Emergency Hearing asks the Court to issue an ORDER enjoining Maury County Sheriff Bucky Rowland from interfering with the  First Amendment rights of the BillyGoBoy.com publication,  and the animal welfare advocates/journalistic associates associated with it.

Meanwhile, at the other end of the Show Arena at virtually the same time on June 3, 2016.

The following BillyGoBoy.com “Undercover Video” documents that Sheriff Bucky Rowland apparently instructed his Deputy Sheriffs to discourage horse show patrons from videoing at the horse show and putting them on the internet for the world to see.

The “Master Minds'”, Mr. David Sisk and Mr. Jerry W. Harris,  along with Maury County Sheriff Bucky Rowland,  apparent plan was for the Sheriff to use the power of his elected office to interfere with the federally protected rights of Americans wanting to video the “Big Lick” horse show event in a public park,  and putting the footage on the internet for the world to see what MTSU Horse Science Professor Dr. John Haffner says  “is a business built on the suffering and pain of horses” – Animal Cruelty.
