Seay cited the conviction of World Champion “Big Lick” horse trainer Mr. Jamie Lawrence by a Maury County Circuit Court jury on February 2, 2016, as evidence of the Citizens Campaign resolve. “I did not leave Columbia, TN for 42 days following the “Big Lick” Trainer driving the truck at CCABLAC Animal Welfare Advocate Ms. Teresa Bippen until the Maury County Grand Jury indicted Mr. Jamie Lawerence for the crime of Aggravated Assault With A Deadly Weapon.”
